2016-2018 Mazda CX–9.. While in the earlier versions of the CX–9 all the seat belt buckles were flexible – they are now all rigid, which severely limits the use of 2C for car seats installed with a seat belt, and fitting 2 seats side-by-side in 2D & 2C most notably.
Will it be possible to fit two forward facing Britax Advocate 70's and a rear facing Radian RXT in the second row? Also, has anyone used the .
Our long term automobile is really a mid-year model Mazda 3 using mid-year additional features such as piano black trim, mp3 compatible CD changer, power driver's seat, lighted vanity mirrors and snowy indicator needles. It also has a brand new color for your Mazda3: Metropolitan Gray Mica. Mazda Cx 9 Three Car Seats added a second new color for your mid year model with a gorgeous white decoration alternative but we're MGM individuals.
There are other subtle variations but outside of the aforementioned things that the 2008.5 Mazda 3 is still fairly similar to this 2008 Mazda3.
Alternatives: Six disc CD Changer, Bose Sound System, Moonroof, Rear Wing Spoiler, Remote Start and Auto Dimming Mirror with Compass.
Just six miles on the odometer at pickup...
About the Driver
I am coming out of a 2005 Infiniti G35x loaded with every possible option so while I corrected my expectations to get the lower price point ($22K with s-plan) I wasn't prepared for the method by which in which the Mazda3 would blow me away.
I drive my own cars assertively (sometimes assertively competitive if there's anything ) and will really put this vehicle through the motions during ownership. Driving a vehicle is an experience every time and I rely heavily on important driving/comfort facets like acceleration, handling, ride, cabin sound, long term driving relaxation and in automobile technology that will all shape forthcoming updates.
Note: You might observe a fairly heavy contrast in my initial|initial} impressions of this G35 into the Mazda 3 and that's mostly due in part to the fact that I almost bought the Mazda3 in 2005 but was offered a very good lease deal on a 2005 G35x loaded for nearly the same that I would pay to own the Mazda3.
Seemed like a fantastic idea at that time.
Now that you understand me, let's discuss why you are here: first impressions!
There are plenty of really impressive features on this vehicle! I struggled for a very long time with not being technologically current within my 2005 Infiniti along with the Mazda 3 like an reply to my prayers. Here are some of my favorite features
1) Remote Start - I can't think how awful cool remote start really is. Manufacturers are finally starting to supply remote launch as an attachment that is installed in the interface and I urge it 200%. It is fantastic for every possible hot/cold day whenever you don't feel like exercising from the weather to start the car so it may warm up only to run back in the home and finish getting ready.
Remote start is something I could see myself not living without ever and it wasn't an option over the Infiniti so +1 to Mazda for supplying it. For your 2008.5 mid-year refresh, Mazda has integrated the distant launch into the regular key fobs so now you will not have two types of control keys to use on one set.
2) Rain Sensing Wipers - If you've never seen it, you would not think it. While driving home I did not think the rain sensing wipers were functioning correctly because the stem seemed to be in the ideal position and it was raining quite hard. I fiddled with the stem to get just a little bit and discovered that it was in its own"Off" position rather than"Automobile". Once rotating the ending piece into the ideal position it functions quite well but I really don't think placing"Off" and"Automobile" within a knob's twist away was the best idea on earth.
3) The Manual Leveling HIDs - I|I still} don't know if it is manual really. It is kind of automatic and manual. You move the change up or down till you get to the amount you need (0 3) along with the automobile corrects the headlights to match that setting. The leveling headlights are not gimmicky at all and were fairly helpful whilst driving through fog and also raising the sleeves to watch for deer/pedestrians around the face of the street. Another amazing feature the G35x has been missing.
4) Aux Input - This really is the golden attribute for me! For the longest time (since 2005) I have always desired a way to play my iPod in my car. I can't even start to count the amount of excursions and meetings I have been overdue on to while searching for a CD to burn off so I did not need to listen to the same|identical|exact} old crap from my car whilst driving there. Actually, I desired that the aux input so awful that I denied that the Mazda CX-7 when contemplating my next vehicle purchase purely based on its absence of the aux input and it was worth it ten times over. I love having the ability to plug in my iPhone to the stereo and simply scroll through the entire playlists to discover a list I am feeling right now. It works smoothly and I couldn't be more ecstatic over this feature.
5) The Ride - Most individuals will offer me a bewildered look but I am telling you that the 2008.5 Mazda3s GT has a quieter ride than my 2005 Infiniti G35x. Not only does this ride but it is much quieter and it doesn't make the"Mothership" car sick after I drive with her in the vehicle. Thumbs up all over!

So those are my top five favorite things about the vehicle. Overall it is really just an encounter that brand new car buyers need to try and think because it is extremely uncommon at that price point. I am finally excited to drive to different locations just to maintain the vehicle and I love everything about it! In the event you do not own one, buy one. If you own one, purchase a 2008.5 model! newest trim, power driver's seat, gauges and all things in between are worth it.
