A century-old heritage in bullfighting is to save the life span of a bull which reveals outstanding courage in the stadium. Such a Lamborghini Car Accident bull was Murcielago, The Bat, spared by a famed matador following a breathtaking fight in the stadium of Cordoba, some 130 decades ago.
Much like the bull which gave it its name, the LAMBORGHINI belongs into a distinctive breed of automobiles. Using its 6,5 liter V12 engine, 640 BHP, an amazing 665 Nm torque and permanent 4-wheel drive, nothing else can stand in it's way. 3,4 minutes is all it needs to get to 100 km/h, and should you keep your foot onto the gas pedal, then it will not stop until you reach a mind-blowing 340 km/h.
But this power comes at an affordable price. The gigantic 12-cylinder engine demands a mean of 21,3 l/100 km, and the car's fuel tank may carry (only!) 100 liters.
This 2-door, two seats coupe with a mid-mounted engine follows the standard design successfully applied by Lamborghini for more than three decades. The equipment box placed before the engine, the permanent four-wheel drive, along with the integration to the engine unit of their rear , are but a few of the benefits of such a displacement which lead to the best weight distribution, 58% back and 42% front, with favorable effects on the vehicle's handling, braking and traction.
The security of the vehicle is ensured by the carbon fiber , with metal doors and roofing, and a solid frame created out of stainless steel alloy with carbon fiber structural parts. The stopping power is ensured by electricity vacuum, aluminum alloy calipers (8 pistons front calipers and 4-pistons back calipers), ventilated discs, and optional carbon-ceramic brakes, together with 6 pistons break calipers (front-rear).
The inside aims for performance, and lacks some useless or distracting elements. The optional equipment comprises an"Interior Carbon Package", where the cover for the driver side display, dashboard pay, handbrake lever, and armrest frame, gear lever cover, and air conditioning and radio covers are created entirely from carbon fiber, providing those really demanding customers an additional air of class.
Contrary to the older versions, the Murcielago provides a touch of practicality through it's design, which allows for greater control over the carnevertheless, the back visibility remains weak.
Its name describes a bull and a violin, but the Murcielago encompasses their features and outside; the inside is pretty comfortable for an exotic car, able to going 300+ km/h. Used to its entire potential, this car will provide one of the most exciting sensations a motorist could possibly experience.

Its distinctive design ensures it will remain in fashion for quite a while. It's precisely the type of car which can keep Lamborghini among the world's leading manufacturers, in showrooms, books and, best of all, from the hearts of the customers.
