After graduating college I was looking for a new car to replace my worn outside Honda which had little to no life left. |} The price I was expecting to pay was about $20,000 giving me lots of alternatives to pick from. After test driving a number of distinct versions, I chose about the It’s Not A Car It’s A Volkswagen. My experience has been mostly positive, but the vehicle isn't without faults.

Acceleration: The car has got the 5cylinder motor using 150hp. It transfers the car around satisfactorily enough, however, the vehicle isn't fast by any other means. Fortunately the transmission is a 6 speed to be sure you are constantly in the perfect gear. If you buy a new Jetta, the vehicle should feel a little more peppy since it's an extra 20 horsepower. Overall I'd give the car a 7/10 for speed.

that is unheard of at this price range.  It is extremely smooth. {I'd accelerate the transmission a 9/10.

Handling/Steering: The car steers accurately and provides just the ideal amount of feedback. Handling is pretty striking and the car always feels in control. |} Overall I rate it an 8/10 for handling.|}

Ride: The automobile rides company, but is comfortable and controlled. I like a firmer ride into the soft mushy feeling you get at a vehicle such as the Toyota Camry. Total 8/10.

Seating: There's plenty of space front and back. For passengers and the seating is firm, but comfortable. There are loads of adjustments for front seats including spinal modification. The steering wheel tilts and telescopes which makes it easy for everyone to obtain a fantastic driving position. Total 9/10

Trunk: The back is enormous, and is larger than many. Moreover, the car includes hooks for you grocery store bags so they remain in a vertical position. It is touches like these that make this vehicle unique.  10/10

Exterior Styling: The car looks classy with its own chrome grille treatment, but the vehicle is a little too tall for my tastes. Some of the outside views seem a bit too Japanese for my preference, including the rear which has tail lights such as the Toyota Corolla. Total 7/10

Interior Styling: The inside looks more expensive the anything in the course. The substances are rich and surfaces feel high quality. 10/10

Safety: This car has airbags galore involving two frontside, and head airbags too. 10/10

Reliability: I haven't had any significant problems with the vehicle, but it just has 33,000 miles on it. The transmission kicks down harshly sometimes and some of the inside elements come loose. Also, the passenger has been sticky ever since I purchased it. People must pull the door handle twice to start it. Overall I'd rate reliability a 7/10.
