The 2010 Camaro is among the few cars to come from the plan studio appearing very much like it is prototype. As opposed to deliver an updated fifth production version of the Camaro, the sometimes overused retro theme was chosen, hearkening back to the design cues that made the car such a big hit when it debuted in 1967. However,  Indianapolis Chevrolet Car Dealerships did an excellent job of evoking the taste of the past with modern creature comforts. However, how can it be to drive the brand 2010 Camaro?

Camaro RS

Various trim levels are available to produce the vehicle match your taste, but most individuals will appear at one of two currently available models: the RS and SS versions. My first test drive was with both cylinder powered RS (for rebound Sport) version. This V6 is really a version of the General Motors corporate engine that goes in many of their cars nowadays. contemporary technologies, this engine makes over 300 horsepower.  In this, the last of this fourth generation Camaro's only made about 20 more horsepower, and that was using a V8.

From the Cockpit

Standard equipment on the 2010 Camaro is plentiful, but some materials are a bit tough on the eyes and a bit less tender to the touch for a car at this price point. The dark interior contrasts the thin foliage of light coming in through the very cool looking, but hard to see from windows. Some function is, sadly, sacrificed in the name of form and selling more cars.

The RS could be the very best price for many,  the typical independent rear suspension and light six cylinder engine contributing to a light front end with enough electricity to earn the RS a wonderful handling car. Autocrossers might like the RS for this reason. But what exactly the six lacks, apart from a power bulge to V8 land, is that the kick in the pants power and sound of this corporate LS series engines installed in much more expensive models. proceed on the the Camaro"King of the Hill".

Camaro SS

The Super Sport version jobs to remember the times of big block energy. Chevrolet's site states this 6.2 liter V8 may find a real world 19 miles per gallon from the EPA test cycle. However, with 422 horsepower on tap, many will not have the ability to control themselves enough to see their very best mileage. In reality, after driving the SS, it was hard to return it to the dealer. The SS does all the RS does, but with greater force. The handling is somewhat compromised with the heavier engine, however, the suspension does a great job of reigning that in. Should understeer become an problem, judicious (not unbridled, particularly with the SS) application of the throttle can help that independent back step out and correct the vehicles' direction.

With a mimimum of 300 horsepower and also a few impressive standard equipment, the 2010 Camaro has been fun.  Check off the option box for this SS engine and you'll feel nostalgic when behind the wheel. Although external visibility is a bit compromised, there will be no mistake when you return the street this can be anything but a Camaro. this, it is not surprising that the automobile has got the status of a Consumer's Digest Best Buy.
