Century Chevrolet Used Cars

The 2010 Camaro is one of the few cars to come from the plan studio looking very much like it's prototype. As opposed to send an updated fifth production version of the Camaro, the sometimes overused decorative theme was chosen, hearkening back to the style cues that made the automobile such a large hit when it debuted in 1967. But  Century Chevrolet Used Cars did a terrific job of evoking the taste of the past with modern creature comforts. But how is it to drive the brand 2010 Camaro?

Camaro RS

Various trim levels are offered to produce the auto match your taste, but most people will look at one of two presently available versions: the RS and SS variants. My first test drive was using the six cylinder powered RS (for rebound Sport) version. This V6 is really a variant of the General Motors company engine that goes in many of the cars nowadays. contemporary technology, this motor makes over 300 horsepower.  For reference, the final of the fourth generation Camaro's just made about 20 more horsepower, and that was having a V8.

In the Cockpit

Standard equipment on the 2010 Camaro is abundant, but some materials are a bit hard on the eyes and a bit less delicate to the touch for a car in this price point. The dark inside contrasts the thin slit of light coming from through the very cool looking, but difficult to see from windows. Some purpose is, sadly, sacrificed in the name of form and selling more cars.

The RS could be the very best deal for many,  the conventional independent rear suspension along with light six cylinder motor leading to a light front end with sufficient electricity to produce the RS a excellent handling car. Autocrossers might like the RS for just this reason. But exactly what exactly the six lacks, apart from a power bump to V8 land, is that the kick in the pants sound and power of the corporate LS series engines installed in more expensive models. Without further ado, we move to the the Camaro"King of the Hill".

Camaro SS

The Super Sport version endeavors to remember the days of big block energy. Chevrolet's site says this 6.2 liter V8 will get a real world 19 miles per gallon in the EPA evaluation cycle. But using 422 horsepower on tap, many won't be able to restrain themselves sufficient to determine their very best mileage. In actuality, after forcing the SS, it was difficult to return it to the merchant. The SS does all the RS does, however, with greater force. The treatment is somewhat compromised by the heavier engine, however, also the suspension does a great job of reigning that in. If understeer become an problem, judicious (not unbridled, especially with the SS) application of the throttle can help that separate rear step out and correct the vehicles' management.

With a mimimum of 300 horsepower and a few notable standard equipment, the 2010 Camaro has been enjoyable.  Check off the option box for that SS motor and you will feel nostalgic when behind the wheel. Although external visibility is somewhat compromised, there'll be no error when you come down the street this can be anything but a Camaro. this, it's not surprising that the vehicle has got the status of a Consumer's Digest Best Buy.
