Burns Chevrolet Used Cars

The 2010 Camaro is among the few cars to come out of the plan studio looking very much like it is prototype. Instead of deliver an updated fifth production version of the Camaro, the sometimes overused decorative motif was selected, hearkening back into the layout cues that made the car such a major hit when it debuted in 1967. However,  Burns Chevrolet Used Cars did a terrific job of evoking the taste of the past with modern creature comforts. However, how is it to drive the newest 2010 Camaro?

Camaro RS

Different trim levels are offered to create the automobile match your preference, but most people will appear at one of two currently available models: the RS and SS variants. My first test drive was with the six cylinder powered RS (for rally Sport) version. This V6 is a version of the General Motors corporate engine that goes in most of the cars nowadays. contemporary technologies, this motor produces over 300 horsepower.  For reference, the last of the fourth generation Camaro's only made around 20 more horsepower, which was having a V8.

In the Cockpit

Standard equipment on the 2010 Camaro is plentiful, but some substances are somewhat hard on the eyes and a bit less tender to the touch for a car in the price point. The dark inside contrasts the thin slit of light coming through the very cool looking, but difficult to see out of windows. Some function is, sadly, forfeited in the name of selling and form more cars.

The RS may be the best bargain for many,  the normal independent rear suspension along with light six cylinder motor leading to a light front end with sufficient power to produce the RS a excellent handling car. Autocrossers may like the RS for just this reason. But exactly what the six lacks, apart from a power bump to V8 land, is the kick in the pants sound and power of their corporate LS series motors installed in much more expensive models. proceed on the Camaro"King of the Hill".

Camaro SS

The Super Sport model jobs to remember the days of large block energy. Chevrolet's website says that this 6.2 liter V8 can get a true world 19 mph in the EPA evaluation cycle. However, with 422 horsepower on tap, so many won't be able to control themselves sufficient to determine their best mileage. In actuality, after forcing the SS, it was difficult to return it into the dealer. The SS does everything the RS does, however, with more force. The managing is somewhat compromised with the engine, but the suspension does a fantastic job of reigning that in. Should understeer become an issue, judicious (not unbridled, especially with all the SS) application of the throttle can help that separate back step outside and correct the vehicles' management.

Conclusion

Having a mimimum of 300 horsepower plus a few notable standard equipment, the 2010 Camaro has been enjoyable.  Check off the option box for this SS motor and you will feel superhuman in front of the wheel. Although external visibility is slightly compromised, there'll not be a mistake when you return the road that this can be anything but a Camaro. this, it is not surprising that the car has earned the status of a Consumer's Digest Best Buy.
