The 2010 Camaro is among the very few cars to come out of the plan studio looking very much like it's prototype. Rather than send an updated fifth generation version of the Camaro, the sometimes overused retro theme was selected, hearkening back into the design cues which made the car such a big hit when it debuted in 1967. But  Bill Hood Chevrolet Used Cars did a terrific job of evoking the taste of the past with modern creature comforts. But how is it to push the brand 2010 Camaro?

Camaro RS

Various trim levels are offered to make the automobile suit your preference, but the majority of people will look at one of two presently available models: both the RS and SS variants. My very first test drive was using both cylinder powered RS (for rebound Sport) model. This V6 is really a version of the General Motors company engine which goes in most of their cars nowadays. contemporary technology, this engine makes over 300 horsepower.  As an example, the final of the fourth generation Camaro's just made about 20 more horsepower, and that was with a V8.

In the Cockpit

Standard equipment on the 2010 Camaro is plentiful, but some materials are a bit tough on the eyes and also a bit less soft to the touch for a car in the price point. The dark interior contrasts the thin foliage of light coming through the very cool looking, but hard to see out of windows. Some function is, regrettably, forfeited in the name of selling and form more cars.

The RS could be the very best deal for all,  the typical independent rear suspension and light six cylinder engine contributing to a light front end with sufficient power to make the RS a great handling car. Autocrossers might like the RS for this reason. But what the six lacks, besides a power bulge to V8 territory, is that the kick in the pants power and sound of the corporate LS series motors installed in much more expensive models. proceed to the the Camaro"King of the Hill".

Camaro SS

The Super Sport model jobs to remember the days of big block power. Chevrolet's site states that this 6.2 liter V8 will find a real world 19 miles per gallon in the EPA test cycle. But using 422 horsepower on tap, so many won't be able to restrain themselves sufficient to see their very best mileage. In actuality, after forcing the SS, it was hard to return it into the dealer. The SS does all the RS does, however, with more force. The managing is somewhat compromised from the engine, however the suspension does a fantastic job of reigning which in. Should understeer become an issue, judicious (not unbridled, especially with all the SS) program of the throttle can help that independent rear step outside and fix the vehicles' management.

Having a mimimum of 300 horsepower and a few impressive standard equipment, the 2010 Camaro is fun.  Pay attention to the option box for this SS engine and you'll feel superhuman in front of the wheel. Although external visibility is somewhat compromised, there will not be a error when you return the road that this can be anything but a Camaro. this, it's not surprising that the vehicle has got the status of a Consumer's Digest Best Buy.
