The V8 in the RS 5 generates 444 horsepower, that will be 30 bhp over the FSI unit in the Audi R8. This is felt in 8250 rpm with 318 lb.-ft of torque kicking in at 4000 rpm. The car's speed from 0-62 mph is achieved in 4.6 seconds before going up into a limited top speed of 155 mph which can get to 174mph in case derestricted. The speed is 0.2 minutes greater than in the R8 but the latter goes up to 186 mph. What did you expect? It's a Spyder anyhow.
