Audi's Audi Henderson Used Cars  stance at the Geneva Motor Show hadn't been as sublime as it was in 2010. This was happening some people thought, however, a closer look in the stand had them answered. Inspired by nature and made for humans such as the Samsung S III, the trailblazer of coupe technology was ideal in all dimensions. And it did not stop there, for the car's performance rivaled that of the glorious R8. It was obvious BMW's M3 had finally found a competitive rival: it was the Audi RS 5.

The show-stopper

The automobile was not just Audi's newest new model in the show but boasted of a bigger variant of this R8's 4.2 litre V8 engine. It now seems this is the trend by German automakers for it was just a few months later BMW had established the sDrive 35iS, which was just the same as the previous sDrive but using a reworked engine. That however doesn't mean invention has run fast in Ingolstadt, for the RS 5 gets a newly designed front splitter with larger air intakes and double tailpipes in the back. More to that it includes 19-inch rims as standard using available choices offering 20-inch rims as well as carbon-ceramic brakes.

Better than Audi R8?

The V8 from the RS 5 produces 444 horsepower, which can be 30 bhp over the FSI unit in the Audi R8. believed in 8250 rpm with 318 lb.-ft of torque kicking in at 4000 rpm. The car's acceleration from 0-62 mph is achieved in 4.6 minutes before going up to a limited top speed of 155 miles which can get to 174mph if derestricted. The speed is 0.2 minutes greater than at R8 but the latter goes up to 186 mph. What exactly did you expect? It Is a Spyder anyhow.

The evidence is at the driving

For the first time, the particularly strengthened DSG (Direct-Shift Gearbox) unit has emerged in an RS model.  This is actually the seven-speed S-tronic transmission, which simply refers to two clutches, 7 speeds and fast changes. Another addition is Audi's all-wheel disk drive Quattro system which features a new kind of middle metering that sends around 85 percent of the torque to the back axle and 70 percent to the front. During normal driving the RS 5's supply is 40/60 front to back and you'll be able to flip the ESP system away completely. The RS6's Dynamic Ride Control elastic damping system functions as standard and motorists can select between four driving modes and a custom one such as in the A8. The car nonetheless doesn't come cheap in #57480, #5430 over a M3.
